Revised Schedule

Hello All,

While the calendar will show us we have many weeks before our performance on May 7th of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland we really are crunched for enough time with our cast members. Especially once you factor in April break and spring sports beginning. Now is the time when we need to look for as many opportunities to practice together as a whole group and begin to start taking you all up on your offers of assistance with donations, painting, building, costumes, props, and time.

The biggest help you can all offer right now is to begin making plans for costumes for your child (check in with Cat or Lisa) and to make it possible for your child to attend longer and more frequent practices. The schedule will be posted below. If you have expressed an interest in helping out, one of the coaches will try to touch base with you very quickly. If you haven't heard from one of us in the next week or so, please reach out to us. We're all volunteering our time around schedules just as busy as yours likely is so it's easy to overlook important details:) Your help is not a detail we want to overlook so please chime in.

Schedule - Practices will run until 5:30 at least until performance

Monday 3/22 practice after school until 5:30 (MCOS concert that evening so we'll probably be meeting in music room, PreK, or library)

Monday 3/29 practice after school until 5:30

Monday 4/5 practice after school until 5:30

Monday 4/12 practice after school until 5:30

Saturday 4/17 practice 9-1, prepare to come with lunch and snack

COSTUMES DUE

Monday 4/19 Vacation week so practice not mandatory but we'll be available for any who are still in town and can attend. 3:30-5:30. Let Cat know if you're available

Monday 4/26 practice after school until 5:30

Saturday 5/1 mandatory practice 9-1, bring snack and lunch, full dress rehearsal so bring costumes (bring costumes in bag marked with your name and prepare to leave until performance)

Monday 5/3 in house dress rehearsal, after school until we're done hopefully by 5:30

Friday 5/7 open dress rehearsal in school during the day, with permission

Friday 5/7 Performance at 6:30.
